Initial Appointment
If this is your first time with us or your referral has expired, please bring a valid referral from your doctor or specialist. At Dermatology North Sydney, as we are a specialised medical practice, a referral from your doctor is necessary to receive a Medicare rebate from Medicare.

While we do our best to stay on schedule, there is a chance that we could be delayed if we have to perform a patient’s urgent or unforeseen surgery. As you plan your appointment and parking, please kindly keep this in mind.
Cancellation/No show policy
We acknowledge that life happens and it may be necessary to postpone an appointment. We provide an SMS service to help you be reminded of your future appointment. SMS reminders will be sent to you to make sure you are fully informed of your upcoming appointment one week prior. Please reply Y to that SMS or call us on 8376 0050 if you wish to reschedule.
A fee of $100 will be applied for missed appointments or cancellations made with our specialist doctors or cosmetic services with less than 48 hours notice. Any no-show occasions will incur the deposit fee to be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
