Dr Charlotte Thomas

Dr Charlotte Thomas is a specialist consultant dermatologist and Fellow of The Australasian College of Dermatologists.
She completed her medical and physician training in London, UK following 1st Class Honours Degrees in Psychology, Physiology and Philosophy from Oxford University and Medicine from the University of Bristol.
During her 4 years of specialist training with the Australasian College of Dermatologists she worked at St Vincent’s, Royal Prince Alfred and Liverpool Hospitals. She was awarded the Ken Paver Medal for Medical Dermatology and ACD travelling Fellowship for overall first place in her Fellowship exams.
Charlotte has completed research and clinical trials into new treatments for psoriasis, eczema and skin cancers. She has over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at national and international meetings.
She holds a locum position at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where she enjoys teaching dermatology trainees.
Charlotte combines up to date evidence-based practice with a warm patient-focused style. Outside of medicine she enjoys keeping fit through cycling and swimming
